The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer misrepresented pickup location as a residence. During conversation with driver to discuss pickup timing options for today, Customer acted in rude and confrontational manner.

It was a pleasure to transport for Harry, he is one of the most easy going people I have transported for. P/u was setup so there were no problems and delivery was equally easy if not easier. Payment was in full on time. All around great guy! I would definitely not hesitate to do another shipment for him and urge others to do the same. Thanks again Harry!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When I booked this shipment, I booked for 24 hours only!! I delivered to MS on the 26th and planed to pick him up on the way back home..I told him the bid was for 24 hours only..I never got the confirmation until I got back home the morning of the 27th. Sent him an email, explained the situation and all he did was email me back & cuss me out! Such is life in the fast lane! Max

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Steven did everything he could to make it work, it was a short time frame and we tried to make the logistics work. I appreciate what Steven did he went above and beyond trying to make sure this shipment could work. I take full responsibility for this cancellation, I just feel more comfortable when someone signs for a load being picked up and inspected. Thanks again, Lost n Found Transport

jonathan picked up a twenty two thousand dollar boat and trailer with no insurance, on a truck not in his name and flipped it off the trailer on I-10 destroyed the trailer and boat, and has no idea the name of the guy driving the truck or where he lives. my broken boat is stuck in impound with a 4k tow bill and a twisted up trailer, uship claims they are not liable for the cargo insurance because the truck was not in his name. do yourself a favor ! RUN FROM THIS GUY AND FIND A REAL SHIPPER

I tried to hire a second driver yes, he did crash Stevens boat. That will never happen again. Uships cargo insurance will not cover stevens "22 , 000" boat, which he told me he paid 2, 200 for because Steven declined the $12 charge to purchase it, not because of the truck we were in. I will not give Steven my friends name because the police already have it in the reports and steven has threatened mine and my friends safety. If you would like to ship with me please accept the small insurance fee.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time wana be service provider backed out with not even a courtesy call and is a total jerk off and should be banned from uship. never in my time one here have a seen such nonsense and lowlife tatctics
