Once we got it scheduled, it was a smooth, professional, well communicated and fast delivery. The care used to protect the piano was particularly impressive. They know what they are doing with grand pianos.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider These guys promised they would be in contact, but after five days I have had to contact them every time. They say someone will be buy to pickup within four days, but day four is tomorrow and we have to have someone there.
