This was one of the most challenging transports we have done...pianos...stairs...grunt! I was not properly prepared to move such a heavy item up 16 stairs. However, Mr. Albert was extremely patient and understanding, allowing us time to get a "power assisted" stair climbing dolly. I learned how to use a new piece of equipment and Mr. Albert got his family piano to his granddaughter.

When he arrived Marlon admitted he underestimated the difficulty of moving a piano up stairs. He could have declined the job but his integrity wouldn’t allow him to accept defeat. He needed and set out to buy a necessary power assisted stair climber and returned to complete the job at the previously committed price. Never once did he hint for a price increase for his extra effort or expense. I can freely state that Marlon is a man of his word with great integrity and character.
