The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer indicated they did not have the funds available to pay us for the inland freight, we explain to him that U-Ship charges a fee up front, and balance must be paid to our company, our inland are prepaid basis, and he did not have the funds to pay for the services. Response from David A.: I had the funds.
They wanted a wire transfer directly to them prior to pickup.
This circumvents uShip's policy and is a violation of the user agreement.
I offered to pay through uShip but they wanted cash equivalent prior to pick up.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer and I agreed on a time and date to pick up the item. We were both there for pickup. Unfortunately our equipment broke while loading the item. I went back home that evening and ordered the new parts. Called the customer and explained I could pickup the item in exaclty one week. During that week the customer found another hauling company to move his item. This item is no longer needed for shipment. I never charged any money for our company to go out and try and pickup the item.

The payment methods acceptable to them would have resulted in at least 2 days of delays and additional charges.
