The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I had asked the customer when this was booked for the pick up location, loading hours, and contact person with a number. I was given the address, but the contact number was not for the pick up location and i was routed through several different menus for bidadoo before going no where. I decided to show up after telling customer and found out the hours the customer gave me as well were not right and was unable to load the shipment. I could not wait until Monday for another chance.

Customer was Great. Very easy to contact and communicate with. Very flexible about delivery time. I was running several hours late and he accommodated the schedule change with very graciously. I would not hesitate to work for this customer again.
