I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The size of the shipment for a single unit is larger than I can accomodate in my vehicle. I believed that the size was given for two units all together and could have been changed/split. Unfortunately, the shipper had problems contacting the pick up location and, not being certain if I could perform that service, I preferred to gave the shipper a chance to look for different service.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I tried to contact the shipper. One phone number was disconnected. I was able to make contact with someone and the person mentioned Mike was not doing that anymore. I got a call back and the other person mentioned someone else was doing it and gave me another phone number to call. I called that number several times and it would not go through. I also e-mailed the shipper because the wrong pick up address was put down and needed to be changed.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hi, I need to cancel this shipment since it is critical that the shipment get here before the 13th of October. Usually when I book with Uship the shipment is picked up next day. I would wait since this shipper has an excellent reputation on great service, but we need this equipment when the grapes come in. Thank you
