I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I went to pick up load but wrong dimensions were given so load couldnt be picked up... I informed uship of said incident... I tried to go pick up again but someone was infected with Covid 19 so no one there to assist... I informed client that I will have to find another driver but to no avail... I did my job and picked up unit twice but was never ready we as a company had to pay driver on a truck not used now client is cancelling... We would apreciate not getting penalized I did my job.. Thanks
