The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Everything leading up to shipment was great and very professional. Good communication. Unfortunately, provider has to cancel pickup for health reasons. Would love to still use him when things are resolved.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Communication was quick and responsive, booking was easy, transporter provided GPS and pictures of our dog after being loaded and on the first potty break, which was nice. After picking up our dog though, he was returned within a few hours because a personal conflict came up for the transporter. We were rescheduled a couple times, but none of the dates were upheld and then no more replies.
