the sectional is in 2 pieces that cane be stacked it also is already wrapped and ready to go. Its in garage for easy access upon pickup and delivery is also a easy residential location.  

No special handling. Please be careful of the one plastic glide on one foot. The glides are hard to find. Thanks.  

“L” shaped small sofa - comes apart to make it easier to load/unload. We approximated weight at 300 for the entire sofa (approximately $150lbs ea) Definitely a two-person job but much easier when you separate the chaise from other part of sofa - which is easy to do. Need delivered to Charlotte by 7/30 - preferably by 7/29. Thank you!

Our customer ordered the wrong couch. We need the correct couch shipped from 60018 to 48818, as well as the incorrect couches brought back to 60018. This listing is for a round trip shipment. Price is for round trip. Elderly customer may need assistance repacking the sofa they have.
