Most of these pieces are mid-century modern and will need to be handled with care. I will package them accordingly for a safe shipment! Is it okay if clothing is still in the drawers of the dresser? I can remove them if needed but I just wanted to check. Thanks!  

This is a pick up from an auction house. So please just let me know prior to pick up so I gave you authorization to pick up. Their number is (312) 280-1212. you may call and let them know when you're coming too. It's in Lot 0277  

 

Item needs to be BLANKET WRAPPED has a new cured painted lacquer finish you can stack on it but please make sure it is very padded.

Please protect edges of dresser. Item must be wrapped / well covered so that there are no dings. You can stack items on dresser... as long as they are not too heavy

This delivery is for a lovely customer of my small business. We’re just looking for someone kind and communicative to help get a dresser delivered safely. The recipient is flexible with delivery timing — she just asks for a little notice beforehand. There are no stairs, and the property is gated, so a quick call upon arrival will be needed for entry. This shipment would be a little bit more unique than what is listed. The items are as specific as possible, but I was limited in the number of items I could put. Here is a more robust list of the items we need shipped. 1 Queen Bed (mattress, box spring, bedframe included) 1 Full Bed (mattress, box spring, bedframe included) 4 nightstands White Small Corner Shelf/Buffet 2 TVs (65" and 40") Tall/Skinny Shelving Unit Glasstop Sidetable (Glass comes off) Large Square Coffee Table (not overly heavy) Rectangle Dining Table with 6 chairs 2 Loveseats Washer/Dryer Dresser Some additional boxes/small odds and ends Additionally, we need the items picked up in Springfield, and then most items to be dropped off in Norfolk, and the remainder of the shipment needs to be delivered to Delray Beach Florida. The last 3 items (Washer/Dryer, Dresser, Some additional boxes/small odds and ends) need to be delivered down to Florida. The pickup is the portion with the least flexibility, the delivery locations are flexible. Doesn't matter which city is delivered to first, or when. Can be flexible. I can also send pictures as well.
