2 cats for transport

I am working to arrange transport for two rescue kitties from Egypt to the north of the UK following their arrival into the country via HARC at Heathrow. The cats will arrive on 10 May at 13:35 via flight MS777 from Cairo. From there, they will be processed through LHR's HARC and moved by the consignee to an address in Feltham for pick up (TW14 0LH). I have been advised that clearing HARC can take a few hours and we won't know in advance how long it will take. Pickup could be anytime from 17:00-20:00, depending on processing. After pickup, the cats need to travel north - Maia to be dropped off with her new family first (Ferryhill, Co. Durham, HL17 8PN), and then Dahab to be dropped off with her new family second (Alyth, Perthshire, PH11 8NY). Note - the cats will arrive in wooden pet air crates and will not be transferred to smaller plastic crates before pick up. They will need fresh water and food checks through their journey as well.
