Not sure why we only got 4 stars on care of goods, items were secured and tarped delivered in the same condition as we picked them up in. Delivered to a broker that was importing machines into Mexico forklift driver dropped one of the machines and was not handling them with care this information was forwarded to shipper as we didnt want to be help accountable for any damage. We did not damage the machines in any way.
