UShip customer service was great...had a problem with first hauler but the Uship rep helped fix the problem and got a refund within 1 day.
UShip web site is not customer friendly and confusing.
Lonestar Transport /Joey was great...showed up for pick up on time, great communications, excellent equipment and made the delivery without issues.
Would definitely use Lonestar again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Tractor was scheduled to load this past Monday at 1 pm and hauler was unable to do the haul due to truck mechanical problems.
I will relist the shipment at the $700 agreed upon amount...but if I don't find a hauler in next 24 hours, I have made arrangements to borrow a truck from family member and make the haul myself.

Becky and Bob did a great job hauling our 2 mares and new foals from Indiana to Mississippi. They picked up right on time and kept us informed as they traveled. They have a new trailer.
Will not hesitate to use them again to haul our horses.

Richie did a great job in hauling our two mares to Indiana. Always available by cell phone and communicates well thoughout the haul. Great trailer - large box stalls and clean bedding, fed alfalfa hay.
Very good experience.

Sharon was GREAT!
Great communications - both cell phone and email. Her truck and trailer were top of the line and he took great care of our 5 horses from start to finish. Great doing business with top level person.

I saw the cancellation below...SAME horses were easy to load without hesitation, very calm, and no problems during trip. Trainer described the other hauler's pony-size trailer, complete with camping gear in aisle. Owner/shipper was in regular contact as is reasonable - did NOT pester. I found them & their horses to be very pleasant & I will be happy to haul again! THANK YOU!! Sharon

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Several things were wrong:
Trucker had a bad phone number listed with UShip.-
Trucker was sent 3 emails after acceptance of bid and never responded to any of them.
Trucker did not inform shipper what time today he would pick up the horses and called 1 1/2 hours before wanting to pick up horses.
Trucker was informed that horses were thoroughbreds that were 16 hands tall. His trailer was much to "short" to handle thoroughbred race h

The shipper had knothead horses that would not load. They were not thoroghbred or trained to even load onto a standard horse trailer. The bid was excepted and needed info was exchanged. Transport drivers can not be continually on the net. Our job is to Drive and can not be nursemaid to shippers that expect answers to emails every couple hours. There is no need for us to continually be in contact with shipper prior to actual hauling of horses. Underload, yes. Shipper is now stalking me on Twitter

Excellent Haulers - Picked up our mare and foal on time and kept in touch during the 12 hour trip - Very nice and safe trailer - very quick follow up to emails and phone calls

Charlie did an excellent job. Our first time using Uship was very positive. Charlie exceeded our expectations...everyone had great things to say from the get go....the people we were buying the horse could not stop talking about how nice he was and how great his trailer was....he kept us informed during the haul and even called an hour before he delivered our horse.
We would not hesitate in using Charlie again.
