The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This gentleman has listed items for "Book it now" that he does not even own yet. I have contacted him to see if I can assist him in his needs for transport of these items and he has asked me to assist him in negotiating purchase of these items.
I am willing to help for the overall good of Uship, myself and the cancellation policy that Uship has regarding the 1 per 10 rule in order to bid on certain items. I am out here busting my ass (excuse my language) and this rule is absolutely unfair.

The shipper did not give the customer the correct dimensions on this, it is oversized. We did not find this out until the truck went in to pick it up. Carlos has agreed to pay the TONU for our driver. We would definately work with him again if given the opportunity. Thanks Carlos and please call on us again. Friend's Express, LLC
