I did not show up at agreed upon date and time To uship support, this customer booked with us over a month ago, upon scheduling I was left with the customer leaving my driver to (Coordinate with his wife) as he, the actual booking customer, was not going to be present.
This customer was “brash” with my driver and upon reaching out with a pinpoint time to retrieve the shipment our
Driver recieved no response or answer to his attempts to reach the customer. We note, this shipment is a month+ old, and only now the customer reaches out?

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider completely ghosted me after doing 2 separate schedule changes. this shipment was for a vespa to be used during a wedding ceremony and he never showed and would never return my calls.
this vendor should be removed from this platform!
