Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Customer added items to the shipment. Dims incorrect. Need 30-35' of deck space. Offered to the customer to make two trips for no additional charge. Customer then became irritated that it all couldn't be handled at the same time insisting he had other items to move as well. I tried every possible way to reasonably keep the customer happy.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The trucker brought a truck that was too small to hold the load I had specified. I had given accurate weights and dimensions. His truck was at least five feet too short. There was no way to complete the job as originally requested so the job was cancelled

Upon arrival (within an hour window given to him) the customer was very insistent that he knew how to best load my truck and trailer. When I explained that his method was not safe for travel and offered to make two trips r even bring an additional trailer which was approx 90 mins away to accommodate all of his needs at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. My stellar 5 star rated feedback is more of a testament to my willingness to go the extra mile and the inaccuracy of this cancelation.
