Cynthia and her husband Joe were a very pleasant couple to meet they were very informative on directions to there lovely home in Maine I enjoyed meeting these two people the piano was a little difficult to remove from the shipping residence but was very easy to deliver to there home I was pleased with the prompt payment and the hospitality that both Cynthia and her husband Joe offered
I would ship any item for them from any location very nice couple to work for

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Pick up was a little late although they called to say they were stuck in traffic. Delivery was four hours later than originally scheduled. Piano was not damaged but floor at delivery site was scratched in a couple of places. Overall, the performance was okay.

Cynthia was a very nice woman to deal with her and her husband was very informative on finding there lovely home in maine and they were very helpful on making the delivery go easy i appoligize for the scratches on the floor we tried to make the move without any damages to the piano or the customers property i would haul other loads for cynthia and her husband anytime they would need

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I called the service provider and he did not return my call. Instead he called an unknown person here in Maine who called me and told me that they could not provide the promised service but that he could schedule my shipment for sometime in July. I think that the service provider scammed me!
