Toru answered all of my ?'s and promptly gave me the direction I needed w/his extra parts I didn't expect. Paid as agreed w/great communication, even though we were 16 hrs. apart on world time.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The customer is in Japan and has no phone number to contact him at and I could not get in touch with him. When I finaly got the sellers info he was Irate and said the bike was suposed to be picked up over two weeks ago and I had to wait a week to pick it up. I was unable to wait a week in Florida for one motorcycle. I am sorry for the customer as it is not his fault but the sellers.

I gave you My phone number & email in Japan, Pick up address & phone number just after I accept his bid. And you reply “Excellent Thank you that's what I needed. ” You knew my phone number and email address also sellers phone number. Why you write down not trues? You didn’t pick up promise date. I call and email many times but you are not reply me until 3days after promises pick up date. then driver called him a mines before pick up. why you couldn’t call for pickup at least in morning?

Overall a very pleasant experiance , he picked up bike in a timely fashion and delivered bike when he said he would...would reccomend Steve to anyone. will use Steve again.
