A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I spoke with the customer and he ask for me to contact the seller as he wanted the item moved right then. I tryed to call but I was un able to make contact with seller myself. I had a miss call from customer this morning and returned it. All I always try to do but no answer or return call. This shipment is one that I had on my route ghis week.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unprofessional, undependable, poor communication. Response from rsmith07: Customer would not return calls or emails about shipment. Booked it with me and because I didn't grab it right then. Because I had other customers in line I'm unprofessional.
