A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Jeanne & Don did a great job to complete this pickup, however a scheduling problem caused by the pickup location made it not possible to continue with this shipment.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shpmt. booked on 10/28,
We sent email to Ray same day and we called him to confirm
Ray was not able to pickup as promised and said he was in Ohio and not in route, and will pickup by end of the week
Again he did not pickup or call
He called and left us a message on Fri 11/2 after hours saying that he had a problem with his trailer but it's fixed and will pickup on Mon 11/4 & deliver Tue 11/5
Again he did not pickup or call and sent us cancellation request for the wrong reason / Not Reliab Response from shades1963: definitely I lie, I tried numerous time to call him, cause I was headed his way to pick up, and he will not answer phone at all, he says tractor was going overseas. probally a scamming deal. I would not deal with this guy ever again. untrusted.
