A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have not made multiple excuses, THAT IS A STRAIGHT OUT LIE!!!!! I had a customer that failed to list shipment properly (She had more items then listed) Therefore I was unable to fit everything in my trailer and forced to run back and forth. This was an additional 2200 miles for me. It put me behind, This guy thinks he is the only one that matters, he not. I have a lot of repeat customers because of the customer service I provide. THIS GUY IS A REAL JERK, STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had a load going into the same area as fredricks electric car .so I booked his auto with all intentions of getting it to him within a few days ....but found out my load was cancelled yesterday /..after contacting the customer TODAY I found out..that there is a great possibility ..the load wont be ready till AFTER THE HOLIDAY AT THE END OF THIS MONTH ...SO I DONT WANT.THIS CUSTOMER TO WAIT..I AM HOPING THAT ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER CAN deliver his item to him in a much earlier time frame.. T

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Timothy came up with multiple excuses why he could not pick up car and why eh could not make the delivery. Terrible experience for me and cost me several hundred dollars because of delay because I lost a sale and had to rent a car!! I would not recommend anyone using this company!!!!!
