The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it First thing on the Bid it doesnt say a Required Pick Up Date. It says Pick up between 3/24 -3/28 and deliver by 3/24- 3/28 . and thats what I went with, Now he wanted a diffrent date as agreed. I cant stop and do this in a dime.

This shipper took this load contacted me on March 21 at 6:44 PM confirmed pick up for Monday 24 at 7:00 AM. I contacted the buyer told him shipment would be there on Monday had guys ready to load truck for Monday at 7:00. He emailed me March 23, at 6:50 PM saying he can not come. This shipper was not mislead he does not do scheduling very well. He also sent me a very nasty email when he knows this was all his fault. I will be contacting Uship about the email.

This Shipper is a very nice guy trustworthy,Honest Paid on time and even with a break down was very understanding .Bill I would like you to know if everyone did business like you life would be great .Iwould like to thank you for eveything and would be more than happy to move a truck for you anytime .Take it from me if you are lucky enough to work for this man you wont be sorry .Other shippers you need to learn a thing or two from this guy !!!!!! The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider was supposed to pick-up tomorrow morning at 7:00am, and did not notify us that he would not be able to pick up the shipment until 7:00pm the night before. He stated that he couldn't pick up until 4 days later.

Went well, driver had to get truck fixed during transport. Communicated problem and got truck back on road ASAP. Would use him again.

Thanks,Myself and all my de rivers know how to adress a problem and not just drive a truck. As soon as there was any smell of oil the truck was brought to a Truck dealer and problem corrected. Thats the difference between us and A GUY TO DRIVE YOUR TRUCK I only wish I could have gone to danbury to meet you .If you need another truck in the future Please keep us in mind Thank you for your honesty Peter LaF ountain Transport Co
