I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This was a dangerous situation for the other horse on my trailer, my daughter, and myself. Glad no one got hurt. Horses need to be transported in a stock trailer, which I do not have.

Customer did not have payment code and said farm hand would and she would text me his phone number after several calls he didn't answer phone When I got to delivery location he refused to give me payment code until the sheep was unloaded put in barn and inspected. I only charged shipper $175 to haul the sheep. Our agreement was payment code was to be given at pickup

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Horses were not transported, could not complete

Could not complete because this was a very dangerous situation. Putting the other horse on my trailer, my daughter, myself, and the three other people it took to help load in harms way. Owner should've told us these horses were not handled, and have not been hauled in over ten years. Theses horses had zero respect for humans. They need to be hauled in a stock trailer, which I do not have. Future shippers beware.

What horse poop. Who in their right mind pays for services before they are completed. I have never ever been asked for my code before the transport was complete. This was never discussed and shipper was informed that the farm hand would have the code for them upon arrival. All other experiences in uship were fantastic, I wont let this hiccup effect my trust in other shippers.

After talking to Myra after her feedback she now understands that the payment code is given at pickup I had tried to contact farm hand but he didn't answer phone I only charged $175 for this 949 mile trip when farm hand din't answer I figured I wasn't getting payment code Myra and I now have an understanding Her lamb was hauled in a full box stall with hay and water I am not understanding her feeling she didn't get services
