After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This guy was very quick to accept my price to pick up this dog, almost too quick, I think he just did it hoping on a wing and a prayer that it would work out on his schedule, he made. Contact two or three times telling me what his intent was then at the last minute told me something had happened to his wife and it was going to be a day or two later which was no prob.getting in touch with the shipper is no problem, this is like wheel of foutune, he pushed the button and did not know the answer,

Lol...we just noticed your feedback. Sorry that things happened, but if I recall right, we could not get ahold of the one at pick up location to make this happen. We could not delay our other customers when the shipper wouldn't respond to our call to make pick up. We weren't quick to spin the wheel, the price was right for enroute delivery, and would do it again, but also will cancel if the shipper at pick up location doesn't answer our call for pick up when we have other customers waiting.

Mr.Miller did a great job, stayed in contact as to the scheduled pickup and delivery and did everything he said he would do and was also very helpful unloading.

Tom placed his bid on thursday, picked up vehicle on sat, drove 750 miles and was at my location Sun by 7:00 A.M. Prompt and friendly service at a reasonable price. would highly reccomend.
