Spencer Bussell did an excellent. Everything was handled as he had promised in spite of severe weather in the midwest. We would definately use again.

Since the bid prices were essentially similar to factory prices and the factory shipping is included in our flooring costs, we have gone that route on this shipment. Thank you for your bids and assistance.

In spite of a problem at the beginning that was not Ted's fault, he delivered the trailer as promised and on time. Good job.

Shipper brought in the trailer and it was damaged. He had no insurance and still felt we should pay the fee and also eat the damage he caused which was more than the bid. We have learned a lesson to not ship with an uninsured shipper, regardless of the number of boats he may have delivered. As soon as he settles the cost of the damage, he will be paid in full. We have dealt successfully with many shippers and have not had this problem. We pay promptly and in full for a successful delivery.

THIS IS NOT TRUE< THE SHIPPER WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY ME ON PICKUP, THE TRAILER HAD DAMAGE AND I WAS CONCERNED AND THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALL OR RETURN MY CALL I WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO CLAIM THIS ON MY INSURANCE BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS ALLREADY THERE I HAVE THE PICKTURES THAT SHOW THE DAMAGE ON THE LOT IN INDIANA BEFORE I EVEN HOOKED UP TO IT. FACT IS I MADE A 1600 MILE YTRIP WAS STIFFED AND THEN GIVEN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK NOT FAIR AT ALL
