Bid was to pick up the shipment 5 days after bid acceptance. After several phone calls where I either could not reach the provider or was told that "due to the holiday" which was still more than 3 weeks away when the bid was accepted, they could not give me a pickup date. When I pressed them further (by now it was more than 2 weeks after the bid had been accepted) they told me they could not do the shipment and would cancel it in Uship. A week has gone by and they still have not cancelled the sh

Customer was only booked with us for two weeks. He refused to communicate by email, even for signing our documents. He stated he was leaving the vehicle, on day one, with keys in it. We said that was not a good idea, be he insisted he was more than comfortable doing that. We ran behind due to the holiday (which we mention in every bid), and he chose to move on.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not show up and did not call. I finally tracked him down and he said he had split with his partner and that Uship had frozen his account. Also his truck was in an accident.
