A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I reject this cancellation because uShip told me I had until today to respond to the request. From the booking web page I see that the bid was not supposed to expire until the 19th. I am willing to wait to have this shipped, but I am not willing to only get a refund of 90% of my booking fee for an error that is uShip's. I had a positive experience. The only thing I would recommend is that the hauler actually make sure they can get the truck to the pick up location. I understand why they couldn't, it was just a surprise. We ended up meeting close to my work so it all worked out, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
