The problem started with Uship farmed it out to Bluegraceonline then they farmed it out Saia truck services. Zero communications from bluegrace and to complicate matters more the shipping company wouldn't pick up the palletized shipment because they needed it to be more secure. Bluegrace didn't inform me until after I repeatedly tried to contact them via phone then emailed several times. It finally arrived last week. I will use UBid on boats, cars but not cross country items again.

Ungrateful! That is all we can say about this customer! We went above and beyond on this shipment to make sure got picked up & moved safely! In order to do that we asked customers pick up location strap it so it would not get damaged or damage other freight.
