The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer did not put in a formal cancellation. Also, we told them that we would be charged a cancellation fee from USHIP and actually LOSE money and pay in to Uship for his mistake. This is incredibly not fair therefore this customer will now be billed a cancellation fee per our terms and conditions which he agreed to upon asking for a booking. He caused us alot of time and trouble. We also worked 5 hours on the phone UNPAID. What a waste of time this person is. We even dispatched a driver. Response from Gilberto C.: UShip accepted my cancellation.
Shipper´s answer to my question on this issue was:
"I talked to that driver by phone and he said that broker had scheduled him to pick up the car but I told him somebody else had picked it up that morning...and said he would contact his broker with that news. I had emailed the broker before that phone call and let him know it had already been picked up and then he got upset...I don't know where the driver was when I talked to him but I never saw him outside."

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I posted the ad on 2 different dates, October 21 and October 24 because it was apparent that the first post did not showed up the first time.
I found out late on October 24 that both ads were published but there was only one car to be moved.
I tried to cancel the last post because the first one had somehow the "right of way"
RDG Transport won the October 21 first post. Enterprise Auto Transport won the later October 24 post.
