The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The boat was considerably larger than the customer represented. As stated in my terms and conditions, if the item is misrepresented, 50% of the booking price will be owed to me.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Driver showed up with inappropriate equipment, a 22' trailer instead of 26' trailer (26' listed on his "about" page). Trailer was not suitable for transporting boats. Driver added 50% cancellation fee after accepting my bid, this shocking condition was not visible to me when I decided to accept his bid over other bidders. Driver threatened me on the phone.

My phone conversation with you when you accepted bid everything was discussed. I told you I would be bringing a 22 foot trailer. then you guaranteed me boat trailer was not over 8 ft wide. your listing stated 19.7 feet long and 7.10 wide 5ft tall and 3000#. I got there and boat is 25 ft long 8.6 ft wide 8 ft tall and close to 5000# I never "added" a 50% cancelation fee, its there for you to see before you accept my bid. your detentions for the boat were 100% wrong. I never once threatened you!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider provider a1haulitall failed to pick up and deliver as promised, marked shipment as "picked up" when in fact it was not picked up.
