This person sounded so nice over the phone, but never communicated that he would not be able to pick up our merchandise. His phone all of a sudden didn't work. We are not happy with this ship experience so far.

Stephen made this move very smooth for us. He worked very hard to make sure he delivered our shipment on time. Sean his helper worked hard and they both never stopped the whole time they loaded and unloaded the truck. Thank you gentlemen very much!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper was suppose to contact us last night to schedule a time to pick up our shipment today. His phone number that he gave us is not working alls we get is a busy signal and the second number he gave us is a wrong number. It has been hard to contact him as well since we accepted his bid. We think we have been more than patient with him.
