Simple. Thats what i loved about this shipment. Shipper didnt bother me with i fo overload, i booked him, and ge texted me when he picked up and when he delivered. Easy and hassle free. Will definitely use agai

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Tobfare promised to deliver and on delivery date I had to call him twice to get ahold of him. He made an excuse for not picking up and then got defensive when I asked him why. He hung up on me and didn't contact me again. I will never use this shipper again.

Rolando was a true professional. He communicates clearly and keeps in touch during pickup and delivery. He was efficient and on time. Hes calm and thorough. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him in the future.

Troy was great. Excellent communication. Machine picked up and delivered on time. I was on vacation when he picked up machine and he went the extra mile a d stored and delivered it when I got back. A complete professional. Wi use him again in future.

My machine was picked up 3 days late and then delivered another 3 days late. Charlie had 3 truck breakdowns during this time. One thing I didn't like is that he didn't communicate with me during the breakdowns. I called him and had to find out that way. In every situation, I always had to call him to get updates. A lot of times he wouldn't answer all day. Even though that part sucked, he charged a reasonable rate, he persevered through his breakdowns and didn't cancel one bail on me.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper said he would pick up within 7 days. Shipper cancelled on 7th day. I spoke with him on day 1, 3 and 5 and according to the shipper said he was waiting to book another shipment to go along with mine. I absolutely do not believe this shippers reason of truck not working. Now I have to pay 50$ a day storage until my CAT is picked up. Is the shipper going to pay this storage fee?of course not. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this shipper and would never use him again.
