A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Yes, there was a payment conflict. I am just starting out on my own its hard to do a shipment without half upfront. And the email address was mine but got mixed up on phone when emailing. I am very sorry. However on my payment terms it says half down. I will make sure before hand now.

The provider wanted to get paid half of the money before he delivered it. He also never called us, and used someone else's email to contact us.
