The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment At the time of pick up, the Courier expressed that the particular shipment needed to be crated for shipping. We accurately identified the shipment in the quoting process. But didn't know that the courier had to have the machine crated until pick up. We will crate the shipment and then go through the quoting process again.
