The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled The customer had indicated that this horse was tame and broken. Upon arrival at the pickup location several attempts were made to load the horse by the owners, to no avail. My trailer would accommodate this horse, but,on two of the attempts to load the horse, the horse actually fell down hitting its head on the trailer, it was so violent that it nearly toppled the trailer, at which time I informed the customer that it was too dangerous to try to ship the horse when he was being that combative.

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped After trying to reach the customer on Monday the 18th unsuccessfully I was told on Wednesday the 20th that the customer had transported the item himself.

The shipper sent a lady with a lowboy trailer with no ramps to pick up the backhoe. There was a dirt mound that she could have used but chose not to. No one (not the driver or anyone from the shipping company called me to let me know that the backhoe had not been picked up). I then called the representative on his cell phone and left a message for him to call me that day (Friday) to let me know what arrangements he was going to make. I didn't hear from him all weekend so I rented a truck.

Called Scott to let him know the situation but never got any response back from him. A couple of days later I was told by someone that answered the phone that the machine had been transported alright. We had some miscommunication. Thank you for the oppertunity, sorry it didn´t work out. By the way it wasnt loaded because it would have been UNSAFE to do the way you wanted.
