Three shipments in a row all late and I had billing issues. They try to tell me because there was a house next-door to the business it was delivered to a residential area. The pick up was three days late and the delivery was three days late. At the time I accepted the bid they said the shipment would take four days from pick up to delivery. Spoke with their customer service basically they could care less. The only positive thing I can say about experiences with them as of late is the shipment w

ERNEST IS A CROOK AND CONARRTIST!!! He shipped the freight the wrong way and ran the up to $1949 and walked away!!! He did not even have the $486 to refund my money (HE'S BROKE). I won a judgment in court and working on collection. Anyone needing more information I have 20 + pages of emails with him admitting that he was at fault!!! and there yours. Mantruk is bad for Uship and gives freight forwarders a bad name.

YOUR IN HAWAII BIG TIME DIFFERENCE AND RULES ARE DIFFRENT. THE SHIPMMENT CHANGED ON ME DUE TO THE FACT DEALING WITH AIR FREIGHT AND TRUCK FREIGHT--IF YOU HAD PATIENCE AND GAVE ME TIME I COULD HAVE FIXED IT AND REFUND WHAT I OWE-I CAN STILL REFUND AND WILL REFUND WHAT IS OWED THE SHIPMENT GOT SHIP TO %80 OF THE WAY AND NOT ALL THE WAY YOU LOST PATIENCE INSTEAD OF ME FIXING IT AND WENT TO THE NEXT LEVEL I WILL JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT- BUT I TRIED TO WORK WITH YOU
