I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period

|
Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I called the service provider and he called me back last week. He said that he would call me back in an hour. I waited a day before calling him as he had not called me back yet. This started on Monday 25 August 2014. I have since tried calling and leaving messages and also emailing him about scheduling a time for the shipment. He has not gotten backto me about this.
