The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment There was no problem with the shipper. Everything was settled over the phone and we will try and get our shipment relisted right away. The shipper could not provide service to us because her sister was going to the east coast and due to medical reasons the other sister could not do the shipment. Communication gap.
