Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Since this booking started James contacted me directly, and seemed to be most comfortable that way. I made many accomodations and all the correct contacts for him locally and at first he was steadily communicated. The night after my boat was supposed to get here James started communicating regularly. He then contacted me andf said he wasn't successful with his "hydraulic trailer" at a local ramp. He needed money for a lift.. Could I moneygram hime $400 more.. I agreed and asked for proof that he

First had long gap between any communication. Then had a driver calling me demanding that I meet him to pickup my freight in a neutral place like walmart. He told me what he had and it weasnt what I ordered, so I refused. He then called back cursing saying that I didn't know what I ordered. My brother had to meet him and sign a refusal, becasuse I was working.I was now getting warning that my auction win would be cancelled and my merchandise would be put back up for auction. And I would be penal Response from 1stClassShipping: We contacted the the customer as soon as shipment was booked. We had to wait for customer to complete our forms so we could set up the pickup. The customer's pickup location provided the wrong freight to the carrier. Customer should be mad at his own pickup location for causing problems.
