There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer stated he was uncomfortable with providing credit card authorization. GlobalTranz is a very reputable company with an A+ Rating with the BBB. Customers reasons for shipping are unwarranted and I hope to be able to work with the customer in the future.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They came with a flatbed without any tarps. It specifically says in the listing "Can go on dry van or flat bed (would need tarps for flat bed)". Phil the owner then re-read the listing out loud while on the phone with me and did admit that he had over-read the part where it explains tarps were needed, he apologized, and then said that he'd have another truck here at 3 PM today, Friday, 8/8 with tarps for the pickup. He then just called me at 11:40 PM CST today, Friday, 8/8, and explained that he
