The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipment was accepted on 4/19. Over a week ago. I have to believe that if service provider had a medical issue they would have known. I called them to make sure they had help with the table. That is when service provider said he was happy if I cancelled the shipment. It seemed he suddenly focused on the shipment, which was clearly detailed in the listing, and decided he didn't want to do it. Why accept the shipment, cost me over a week of time and upset my client? That is POOR service. Response from TimothyT30: Shipper is justified in being upset. I understand that. It was poor judgement on my part for accepting the job knowing I had a medical issue that could affect my ability to fulfill the job. The missing part of the story is that when shipper called me, it was then she advised there would be absolutely no help available to set up the table. Even without a medical issue, 2 men (me and my helper) would not be sufficient to safely lift 300 lbs of glass onto a base. My apologies for the inconvenience.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I ship 100's f items through Uship. This service provider was to show up between 4//18 - 4/20/21. They did not make their schedule after repeated calls. I am a furniture dealer who list the pick-up as a "business". Clearly businesses have HOURS. The service provider notified me this morning that they would not show up on a Saturday until 7. I asked them to call me when 15 minutes out as I would have to go down to the store and open for their pick-up. They said it would be closer to 8. I met a
