If you're fortunate enough to have Rick bid on your shipment ACCEPT THE BID! Not only are his prices extremely reasonable, but he and Charlotte go out of their way to keep you informed with frequent emails and phone calls. My car arrived in perfect condition, and Rick spent considerable time explaining the peculiar ignition and shifting sequence for the smart car (thank goodness!).
