I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer. Shipper crossed out the terms of our agreement before signing, our owner is not comfortable moving forward. Wanted to give him time to line up another service provider.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time customer service is horrrable we talked about the shipment and he sent over his contract he said everything was good to be picked up on time then after a week we cant get ahold of anybody at the shipper and I have left 10 voicemails. then we find out that the provider wants to cancel two days before delivery. this is the worst experience i have had with uship and he should be banned as a shipper!!

Took about two weeks longer than delivery date promised because somebody on there end messed up the paperwork and they wouldn’t offer a discount would use again if they guaranteed shipment date with a money back guarantee
