The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time THe service provider did not show up on Thursday and I made a 6 attemps to contact them, I sent emails and left messsages on their voice mail with no response.

I informed the customer if he would like me to do this shipment I needed to know ASAP because I was leaving the area early the next morning. The next afternoon it was accepted and I was over 200 miles away. I am sorry for any problems this caused.
