The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider postponed and rescheduled the pickup twice, still No Show,
I can not work with amateurs, I'm sorry.

This shipment was only rescheduled once. The people at pick-up location never answers phone calls. It's not our responsibility to ensure the smooth communication specially for such low price . We have sent 2 drivers on 2 separate trips, neither had access to the boat.

Smart Way Shipping was supposed to deliver the truck within 7 days, It's been almost a month they have still not picked up my truck, every week there's a different excuse, I have waited long enough and given them too many chances, this is avery poor business practice, waist of time.
