Customer was very helpful, kept in good communication and was responsive on all requests. It was a pleasure to provide service for this customer. Pickup and delivery handled without any difficulty. I no longer need my item(s) shipped The items which were to be shipped were damaged/destroyed due to flooding from Hurricane Sandy, and therefore will not be shipped. I spoke to the shipper and he suggested I contact UShip and submit a cancellation request. No services were performed on this shipment.
