I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After accepting shippers bid, I received a token thank you and a promise for him to contact me about pick up and delivery. I sent specific arrangements and requests to trucker for pickup and did not receive any contact for over 4 days. He then said he had time on Friday to plan pick up and delivery.More than 2.5 days later I had not received any contact from George Norris. I am out of the country and explained the pick up would be handled by a family member at home. He made no contact with me or
