Customer was great. He kept us up to date with all the contact and schedule information. His flexibility with pick up and drop off times allowed us to deliver ahead of schedule. Prompt payment. Hope to work together again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had made arrangements with the seller at a specific time. While we were enroute to the location the seller contacted us back and said they were not going to be available. They wanted us to wait until 3 pm the next day to pickup. We already had a schedule set and could not wait that long. This scheduling problem was not Doug's fault and the issue was with the pickup location. If they would have originally told us 3 pm the next day, we could have made that schedule work. We are sorry for the in

After talking to Doug we tried to have him update the Uship site with the customers info. He said he would do that a day before we get there.. NOT how this business works!!! we have to have the customer info WELL ahead of time to call and figure out each others work times. After talking to Doug we DO NOT feel comfortable moving forward with this shipment. He is VERY difficult to work with, will not give us contact info, Doug has to realize when he hires a company to transport a bike for him WE a Response from Douglas D.: Apparently asking this shipper to provide a date for pick up constitutes a difficult customer.
After accepting Mach1expeditedtransport’s bid he called & advised he was headed cross-country away from our shipment & could not provide a pick up date or time. The conversation was quite disconcerting to say the least & we suggested perhaps cancelling the contract might be in his best interest. Dave begged us not to cancel saying, “it would affect his feedback rating,” & suggested he could provide

Doug was a great customer all around. He's friendly and articulate on the phone, and really helpful. He called when we were a few hours out to give us a better route into his subdivision -- one that was more trailer friendly -- and then met us to guide us in to his house. He even offered us bottled water. :) All around, our dealings with him were effortless. We would definitely ship for him again.
