I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service provider has not responded to any of my attempts to contact them.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Absolutely no contact after accepting shipment. Had to contact shipper twice with no response then get an email stating the shipper wants to cancel because of vehicle mechanical issues.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Avoid this service provider. Repeatedly told service provider to contact the person at the pickup location to arrange pickup as I am at the delivery point. He continued to ask me when he could pick it up. Then the service provider twice said he will pick up my shipment, each time moving the pick up date. Terrible communication and all around bad service.
