Really Denes? Case in point, I Never was told about the piano being shipped in a trailer, I was told it was a van. I had to e-mail you to get a handle on when the piano would be picked up or delivered not the other way around. You had over a month to plan for the piano, and it was late which sorry to say, caused me to change my schedule. I was very flexible with times and was very patient even when I knew it would be later than planned and had to change some things on my schedule. I did and

He had van trouble which caused the shipment to be later than planned. Would have liked a little more communication but in the end the piano I wanted arrived with no issues. The person who delivered it was very professional and very nice and standup guy. As far as shipping, the piano had no flaws and was received in good order. I saw it in the trailer it was shipped in with the van and it was well protected with thick blankets and strong straps. It was well taken care of.

We are sorry for being 4 days late for unforeseen, but necessary repairs to our vehicle, answered all your calls and emails promptly, and did this move way cheaper than your other offers to help you out. I even rented a trailer to speed up the delivery after we picked up within the time frame I projected. I would not work for you ever again.
